The service connects commercial banks to each other through a central system (LYPay) linked to the mobile applications of commercial banks (Mobile App) and the banking systems of commercial banks.<\/h4>\n<div>\n<h3>System Ownership<\/h3>\n<p>Central Bank of Libya<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Central Bank of Libya owns the LYPay system and all its components.
