- The name of the bank sending the transfer and the bank receiving the transfer.

Then, contact your commercial bank branch directly. Their specialized team will contact the Central Bank of Libya through the reporting system. You may also attach a screenshot or image related to the issue.
To activate the service, you need to register in the Alias Names System (NAD) by:
- Updating your personal information (national ID number, phone number, passport if required) at your bank branch.
Then, register through:
- The commercial bank’s mobile app, or
- The foreign exchange system website for individuals.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation message on your phone.
Go to your commercial bank branch. They will follow up on the report through official channels with the Central Bank of Libya.
This usually means that the other party is not registered in the Alias Names System (NAD) or has not updated their information with the bank.
The service is currently completely free, and there are no fees on transfers or payments.
Yes, both the sender and the receiver must be registered in the NAD system to ensure the transfer is successfully executed.
